About delivery methods and shipping fees

Within Japan: Sagawa Express

International Shipping: FedEx

・The delivery company is Sagawa Express for domestic delivery in Japan, and FedEx for international delivery. Please note that we cannot accept requests to specify a delivery company. It usually takes 2 to 9 days from the time of order to delivery within Japan, and about 2 weeks for delivery overseas. The storage period for packages at our office is 7 days from the date of initial delivery.

-For deliveries within Japan, shipping costs are a flat rate of 880 yen (tax included) nationwide per order.
There are no additional shipping charges for some remote islands and regions.
If you spend 12,000 yen or more (tax included) in one order, shipping will be free.
For deliveries to countries outside of Japan, shipping times vary depending on the country or region and the weight of the item being delivered.
In addition, if you are a resident of a country other than Japan and purchase a product from Japan, you may be subject to customs duties depending on the country.

-For deliveries within Japan, you can specify the delivery date and time when placing your order.
If you would like your order to be delivered as soon as possible, please select ``No Preference'' for the delivery date and time.
When making your purchase, please indicate your desired date and time in the comments section.

The specified dates and times are only a guide.
Even if you specify a delivery date and time, arrival may be delayed depending on traffic conditions or weather on the day, or the shipping status of the delivery company.
In order to ensure that all customers have a fair shopping experience, we cannot accept long-term product reservations. ・Product arrival may be delayed due to weather, traffic conditions, region, etc.
- In order to prevent issues such as incorrect delivery, we cannot change the delivery address after an order has been placed.
