Delivery time of the product
Within Japan, delivery usually takes 2 to 9 days after ordering.
International shipping to overseas destinations: Shipped in order. It may take up to 2 weeks after ordering.

Cancellations, returns and exchanges
When you receive the product, please immediately check for any damage.
If the product is damaged during delivery or if the product is incorrect, please contact us within 7 days after receiving the product.
We will repair or replace the product at our expense, including shipping costs.
If repair is not possible, or if the item cannot be exchanged (e.g., the item is sold out, discontinued, or limited edition), we will refund the product price and bank transfer fees after you return the item to us (shipping costs covered).
Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges of products due to customer convenience.
Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:
・Products that have been delivered more than 8 days ago ・Products that have been used by the customer ・Products that have been damaged or soiled by the customer ・Products that have been modified or repaired by the customer ・If the product's box, tag, instruction manual, or other accessories have been soiled, damaged, or lost
All products sold in our store meet the quality standards of the manufacturer and the inspection standards of domestic authorized distributors.
