Cancellation and Returns Policy
Cancellation of your order
As a general rule, we do not accept cancellations of orders, except in cases where we are unable to deliver the product within the notified delivery date due to circumstances on our part. Thank you for your understanding.
Returns and Exchanges
We take every precaution to ensure the quality of our products, but if any of the following accidents occur during delivery, we will cover the costs of returning or exchanging the product.
If the product is damaged or soiled
If you receive a product different from the one you ordered
If you would like to return or exchange an item for any of the above reasons, please contact us at the address listed below within 7 days of receiving the item.
We will contact you by email or phone using the contact information you provided when placing your order.
In that case, we ask that you please store the product in the same packaging as when it was delivered.
However, if an exchange is not possible due to the product being sold out, discontinued, or limited edition, we will refund the product price and bank transfer fees.
About the cooling off period
The cooling-off period is a system that applies to door-to-door sales. Please note that the sale of our products is by mail order, which is accessed by the customer, so the cooling-off period does not apply.

Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges of products due to customer convenience.
Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:
・Products that have been delivered more than 8 days ago
・Products that have been used by customers
・Products that have been damaged or soiled by the customer
・Products that have been processed or repaired by the customer
・If the product box, tag, instruction manual, or other accessories are damaged, destroyed, or lost
All of the products we carry have passed the quality standards of the manufacturer and also meet the inspection standards of domestic authorized distributors.
We understand that small scratches, scuffs, dents, and distortions due to the material that inevitably occur during manufacturing are considered to be good products, so please be aware that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for these reasons.
